I usually use whatever random veggies I have left in the fridge, for this one I used
  1. mushrooms
  2. peppers
  3. garlic
  4. green onion
  5. dill
  6. basil
  7. spinach
  8. olive oil
  9. mozzarella cheese
  10. 1-2 egg per serving.
  11. pizza crust dough, just in case you already forgot
Instructions
  1. Wash and prep all veggies and crack your eggs into a bowl.
  2. Start the grill or turn the oven on broil.
  3. In a skillet heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Toss in veggies, hardest to softest, leaving spinach and cheese on the side.
  4. While veggies are cooking, roll out the dough. Brush both sides of the dough with olive oil and set it on top of a cookie sheet. Cook the dough on one side for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Shut off the heat, flip over dough and lay on sauteed veggies, eggs, spinach and cheese. Shut the grill top and cook until the egg is cooked the way you like.
Notes
  1. I like my eggs a little runny, 3-5 minutes.

I hope this gives you some ideas on how to make something a little different for a change in the cuisine. I am a rookie to this whole pizza grilling thing, but ate one homemade from friends of ours, and I have been experimenting with different toppings. Check out this video for more pizza grilling inspiration.
